Skiing in Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta: Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Folgarida-Marilleva
Located in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites, the Skiarea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta, part of the Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta carousel, is the largest in Trentino with over 150 km of slopes, always snow-covered and well groomed, and 60 ski lifts connecting Folgarida-Marilleva with Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. With a single ski pass you can enjoy unforgettable holidays in the snow!

Travel to the Dolomites: Flight & Bus Transfer to Resort


We will be flying from New York, JFK, non-stop on Emirates to Milan.
On the way home from Madonna di Campiglio, we will enjoy a night in Verona, Italy before boarding our flight home.

Once we arrive in Europe, we will be met by a luxury coach (bus) that will take us all from the airport to the hotel!
Sit back and relax,, enjoy the scenery, make new friends, and plan your upcoming week!

Savoia Palace Hotel: Your Home for the Week




The 4 Star Savoia Palace Hotel first opened its doors in 1886; one of the first hotels in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, it has been a focal point in the resort for over a century.

Why did the DSC select this location?
  1. Location! The Savoia palace is in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, in the pedestrian zone, and just 60ft from the Cinque Laghi gondola station
  2. Enjoy live music at the Hotel Savoia Palace lounge bar throughout the week.
  3. Guaranteed snow in a large and varied ski area: 150km of slopes make up the Ski Area Dolomiti di Brenta
  4. At the Savoia Palace you can meet ski instructors in the hotel to organise your ski lessons.
  5. The Antonioli family haas been managing hotels in Madonna di Campiglio and throughout Italy for 18 years and the hotel has been open for 139 years.

Rooms available: Standard double, single (in a double room, limited to 5), superior (limited to 5), suite (limited to 1).

At the end of our ski trip, we will spend one night in the gorgeous 4* Palace Hotel Verona before our flight on the next day.



What is included with the trip?

DSC ski trips include many things!

Travel

  • Round-trip non-stop flights to from NY/JFK
  • Deluxe motorcoach transfers in Europe, all taxes, surcharges, portage.

Lodging + Meals

  • 7 Night in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy at the awesomely located 4★ Savoia Palace Hotel.
  • Welcome reception upon arrival 
  • Full European buffet breakfast and dinner daily 
  • Swimming pool & sauna
  • 1 Night in gateway city of Verona, Italy - home to Romeo & Juliet!
  • Tipping for bus & hotel. You are always free to leave additional tip to recognize someone.

DSC Membership

  • 1 year DSC membership for trip participants

Skiing

  • There is always someone to ski with on our trips!
  • People of various levels of skiing ability 

Not Included:

  • Transportation to / from JFK airport.
  • Parking at JFK airport.
  • Trip Insurance.
  • Any additional airline baggage fees.
  • Ski rental.
  • Ski guides.
  • Lunch.

Ski Pass - Not Included

  • We have 6 ski days available.
  • The resort is on the EPIC Pass.
  • If you need to purchase a lift ticket, we will be doing a group purchase. The final price may be lower than our estimates:

    • Double room, price per person: $3,099
    • Double Room Late Registration is $3,499.
    • Double room, upgrade to comfort room, price per person: $3,299 (SOLD OUT)
    • Double room, upgrade to superior room, price per person: $3,499 (SOLD OUT)
    • Suite, per per person: $3,749 (SOLD OUT)
    • Single, in a double room: $4,049 (SOLD OUT)
  • We added more plane seats but the cost is +$400 for the late additions.
  • Land Only (No Flight): deduct $900

Trip Payment Schedule

  • 2 Easy Payments:
    • $1,500 deposit due within 1 week after registration to confirm your spot.
    • Balance due 10/1/2025.
    • Full payment due with any registration after 9/1/2025
  • Payment by Zelle, Venmo, or Check
Trip Insurance
  • We strongly recommend trip insurance covering cancellation for accident, sickness or death for you or a covered family member. 
  • “Cancel for any reason” coverage can only be purchased within 21 days of registering.

Trip Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellation received before 7/1/2025: $250 Fee
  • Written cancellation received between 7/1/2025 & 10/31/2025: $1000 Fee
  • Written cancellation received 11/1/2025 and after: No Refund and no credits towards future trips. We recommend trip insurance!
  • As always, we will try and get back what we can, but nothing is guaranteed after the deadlines.

Please don't hesitate to join our trip even if you don't (YET) know anyone going. The trip participants on our DSC trips are very welcoming. You will quickly make friends and find people to ski with. You will leave the trip with many new friends.

How do I find a Roommate?
How do I find a Roommate?
You can start by asking friends and family if they want to go with you on the trip. If you can't find a roommate, you can sign up for a double room, and indicate that you are looking for a roommate. The trip leader may attempt to assist in locating a roommate for you, but is not responsible for finding roommates for single travelers. The earlier you sign up the better! The trip leader will establish a cut off date where if no roommate is found, you will have to either pay the single supplement, if available, or cancel your participation in the trip.

We very much recommend that you get trip insurance. White it is not required, it an help in the event of a cancellation or trip interruption. Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage can only be purchased within 21 days of registering. Make sure you read your policy coverages to understand what is and is not covered. We often have non-skiers on the trip. Our locations are also chosen such that there are activities for non-skiers.

The majority of DSC trip participants bring their skis and boots. But you are not required to. Our locations are always very close to ski rental shops.

Does my Ikon or Epic Pass Work?
The resorts we visit in Europe tend to fall into three categories: (1) Ikon Pass accepted; (2) Epic Pass accepted; (3) Independent resort not participating in a US multi-mountain pass. We will have a pre-trip zoom call a couple of weeks before departure to share a very detailed trip summary with lots of information and links.

We create two WhatsApp groups. One is for the trip leaders to communicate with everyone for important announcements. The second is for everyone to communicate with everyone else.

Where is the Ski Lodge?
There is no ski lodge per se. The hotel is your lodge. The hotel has a ski room and boot room. You get geared up at the hotel, walk to the gondola and spend your day exploring the resort.

There is no bus service to JFK. You have to get yourself to the airport with your luggage, check in, and meet us at the gate!
